1. Bodyweight Burner (No Equipment Needed)

Perfect for beginners or those without gear.

3 rounds – 45 sec work, 15 sec rest

Jumping jacks

Squats

Push-ups

Glute bridges

Plank hold


Optional: Add intensity by increasing rounds or holding light dumbbells.


 

2. Core Crusher with Sliders (or Towels)

Use core sliders or even small towels on hardwood floors.

3 rounds – 30 sec per move

Slider mountain climbers

Slider reverse lunges

Plank to pike (with sliders)

Knee tucks

Forearm plank hold


Target: Abs, glutes, legs, and stabilizer muscles.


 

3. Full-Body Resistance Band Circuit

All you need is a loop band or resistance band set.

3 rounds – 40 sec work, 20 sec rest

Banded squats

Standing rows (using door anchor)

Banded push-ups

Lateral band walks

Bicep curls (step on band)
